Commission:
- Newbies: 1st 3 months ranging from $200 – $1,500/month
- Average: $1,500 - $5,000/ month
- With experience: Up to $8,000/month > unlimited
- Engage new and existing customers via phone to promote loan products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Meet individual sales targets while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Build strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- N Level and above
- Experience in sales/ telesales/ call centre is a plus
- Comfortable working in competitive and fast-paced environment
