About the Team | Manager
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with the Sales Manager and Managing Director. The team is responsible for driving brand strategy and commercial success across the Specialty Care portfolio, focusing on market growth and brand sustainability.
About the Job
As the Associate Product Manager for the Specialty Care segment, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to increase market share, maximize product life cycles, and drive brand loyalty. This includes formulating brand plans and annual forecasts aligned with market trends and corporate objectives, creating compliant marketing materials such as detailing aids and eDMs, and conducting market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to build marketing plans, forecast performance, and support sales effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include coordinating regular product training and field visits to ensure sales team alignment and motivation, monitoring and analyzing product performance through monthly reports and management updates, and supporting new business development and pre-launch activities as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 year of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in CNS or GI therapeutic areas will be highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and marketing execution.
- The ability to thrive in a lean, agile team environment with overlapping responsibilities.
- Leadership qualities to engage and support the sales team effectively.
