to lead our team, streamline operations, and elevate our client experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Revenue: Take full ownership of sales targets and personal KPIs, implementing strategies to grow our market share [3].
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively attract new employers while nurturing and maintaining our existing clientele base [1, 2].
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring smooth deployments and full regulatory compliance [1, 4].
- Leadership: Mentor and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver excellent service and meet performance benchmarks [1, 3].
What You’ll Need:
- Must possess a valid CEI (Basic or KAH) qualification.
- Proven experience in a senior sales or managerial role within a Singapore Maid Agency.
- Deep knowledge of MOM regulations, Work Permit processes, and industry best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a "hunter" mindset for sales.
