BIM MODELLER (ARCHITECTURE) Job Descriptions:

Deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings and technical details to support construction works using BIM.
Liaise with architects, clients, consultants, and other parties involved in the design of the building.
To create parametric Revit families & View Templates.
To produce shop drawing by using BIM.
To export CAD files with the correct color code from BIM Model.
Resolve basic modeling issues.
Documentation related to BIM processes for record and submission.
Other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Architectural or equivalent
Min 2 years’ experience working with Revit Modeling, Navisworks & other BIM-related software.
Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software in Archi and able to efficiently use BIM to perform drawing works.
Able to work independently.
Understand basic modeling and dimensioning, etc.
Possess a positive attitude to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Cost planning and budgeting
Tender document preparation
Tender evaluation and contractor selection
Cost control during construction
Valuations and payment assessments
Change management and contract administration
Risk identification and mitigation
Final accounts preparation, including Variation Orders

Salary : SGD2600-SGD5500

Monday -Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm
