- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation
- Perform measurement/taking off quantities for BQ cost planning.
- Preparing quotations
- Liaise and negotiate with internal departments and client's representatives on interim progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlement
- Attend site meetings when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Must be computer literate.
