Corporate bookings are one of our highest-value channels, and we're expanding our outbound effort to reach more companies, group organisers, and event planners. That's where you come in.
The Role
You'll spend your hours doing focused outbound cold calling to prospective corporate clients from a database we provide. Your job is to get through the list, spark interest, and hand warm, interested contacts back to the team for follow-up.
This is an ideal role for a student, freelancer, or anyone who wants flexible, work-from-home hours and is comfortable on the phone.
What You'll Do- Make outbound cold calls to corporate prospects using our provided contact list
- Introduce JING's corporate dining and events offering clearly and warmly
- Identify and qualify interested contacts, and capture their details
- Log call outcomes and update the contact database accurately
- Hand off interested leads to the team for follow-up
- Share feedback on what's working and what isn't on the calls
- No prior experience required — we'll train and guide you through the early stages
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Clear, friendly spoken English (additional languages a plus)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home
- Organised — keeps clean notes and follows a simple process
- Resilient and positive — cold calling means hearing "no" and moving on cheerfully
