What you'll be doing

Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, and basic financial reporting
Providing hands-on leadership and coaching to the service and kitchen teams to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
Proactively identifying and resolving any operational issues to maintain an efficient and enjoyable dining experience
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
Fostering a positive, collaborative team culture and championing the company's values
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Management role within the hospitality industry
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of service and kitchen staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Working knowledge of inventory management, budgeting and financial reporting
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to contributing to the success of the business
