Executive / Senior Executive (Community)

As an Executive/Senior Executive in the Strategic Partnerships & Engagement (Community) team, you will be a key member to drive efforts under the Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Prevention pillar. Your role involves increasing public awareness of heart health and heart disease prevention through impactful outreach initiatives, including community events and campaigns that engage the public and promote healthier lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute community outreach and engagement events to promote heart health awareness and CVD prevention.
• Oversee event operations, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, volunteers, and collaborators to expand outreach efforts and impact.
• Collaborate with Strategic Communication team and external partners to develop content, educational materials, and digital campaigns that engage the public.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to align outreach strategies with overall Foundation’s goals.
• Support ad-hoc duties and initiatives that contribute to the Foundation’s mission.

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in community engagement, events management or outreach programmes is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
• Good time management, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
