The role

As a Sales Promoter at DFI Retail Group, you will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting our products to customers in the assigned outlets. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position that offers an opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our dynamic retail organization.

What you'll be doing

Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies, or roadshows.
Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
Provide basic health advise or product recommendations according to customer needs.
Achieve daily / weekly sales target and track product performance.
Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked, and in line with branding guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required.

KPI:

Sales performance: to achieve sales target according to the store assigned.
Customer engagement: to be able to engage with the customer.
Product knowledge and accuracy: to have a good product knowledge.
Display and merchandising: consistency to maintain the product merchandising according to the guidelines.
Upselling and cross selling: Ability to upsell product to increase the basket size and continue to have a repeat customers.
Operational efficiency: Punctuality and proactive

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong sales and negotiation skills
