Geylang - Tax Manager (6 months contract) - Location: West
The Company
Our client is a well-established company in the logistics industry. They are looking to hire a Tax Manager on a 6 months contract basis.
The Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the Group's tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax reporting, and providing tax advisory to internal stakeholders across Singapore and the region. It involves ensuring adherence to tax regulations, implementing the Group Tax Strategy, and driving process improvements, tax controls, and best practices.Key duties include managing tax filings, identifying planning opportunities, preparing transfer pricing documentation, and maintaining a central tax database to support reporting requirements, including BEPS Pillar 2. The role also partners with business units on transactions, M&A, contracts, and cross-border assignments, as well as handling tax incentives, audits, and queries from authorities.
Your Profile
You should have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years of relevant tax compliance and advisory experience. To succeed in this role, you will need to be meticulous, analytical, have good interpersonal and communication skills.
