Our client in the A/V industry is expanding their technical team and seeking a Customer Application Engineer to provide high-quality technical support to the sales team, consultants, partners, and end-users throughout Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a proven ability to handle complex field engineering assignments with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team, consultants, partners, and end-users throughout Southeast Asia.
• Handle general to complex field engineering assignments, troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations as required.
• Document field service activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hands-on service support or customer service.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
