Responsibilities:

• Provide pre and post sales technical solution for inverters / drives;
• Site troubleshooting and LV drive commissioning
• Organize in-house trainings for Sales and Marketing team;
• Provide technical trainings/ seminars at consultants/ end-users’ premises;
• Assist sales team in regional distribution network expansion;
• Compose bill of materials based on tender specifications
• Provide customer support by responding well to customer technical questions and understanding customer technical requirements to propose optimal solutions to strengthen customer relationship and trust
• Conduct market studies and feedback
• Prepare technical manual/ articles
• Creation of technical database
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

• 5 years of relevant experience in handling low voltage electrical

• Knowledge and experience in VFDs
• Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions to support sales team
• Confident in conducting technical trainings and technical presentations to partners and customers
• Strong site troubleshooting and application skill is added advantage
• Project management skill is added advantage
