Front Desk Executive – Ensoul Medical Clinic

Be the warm, welcoming face of a trusted medical aesthetics clinic

1. Greet every patient with a genuine smile, making them feel cared for and at ease.
2. Respond to messages and patient inquiries promptly across all booking platforms with warmth and professionalism.
3. Manage and confirm clinic appointments, assisting patients in scheduling their visits smoothly.
4. Handle cashier duties, including payment collection and daily closing.
5. Dispense medication and ensure patients understand their next steps.
6. Upload and manage before-and-after photos on our secure platform.
7. Assist our doctors during consultations and procedures whenever needed.
8. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the clinic running efficiently.

• 2 Off Days Weekly: 1 weekday + 1 Sunday
• Mon – Fri: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

• A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in communication (written and spoken).
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• No prior experience in aesthetics needed – training will be provided!
