Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365,.NET, and Azure platforms.
- Oversee system configuration and customization within Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
- Manage release planning, deployment, and version control across environments (Dev, UAT, Production).
- Lead change control processes, ensuring proper documentation, approvals and risk assessment.
- Work closely with developers to ensure solutions align with .NET architecture and Azure cloud standards.
- Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and ensure quality assurance of delivered solutions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices within Microsoft ecosystem.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of .NET framework and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience in system configuration, release management, and change control processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
