Urgently Hiring Senior Technical Business Analyst (AI, Data, Cloud, Application)

This role requires a practitioner who can actively work with technologies and deliver practical, outcome-driven solutions—not just conceptual understanding.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to design, shape, and implement scalable solutions leveraging AI, cloud platforms, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Analyze existing applications to identify optimization, automation, and AI enablement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with delivery teams to define and shape solution approaches

• Work directly with data to support analytics and AI-driven use cases
• Contribute to initiatives such as predictive analytics, workflow optimization, and Generative AI (e.g., RAG, summarization, knowledge retrieval)
• Perform data preparation, validation, and integration of AI outputs into business workflows
• Ensure outputs are relevant, explainable, and aligned to business objectives

• Support delivery of AWS-based applications and data platforms
• Engage in architecture discussions including scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization
• Work with cloud configurations, integrations, and dependencies
• Apply hands-on AWS knowledge in real delivery scenarios

• Identify and implement process and workflow automation opportunities
• Design and build Power Automate flows across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and data sources
• Support backend integrations using Node.js (APIs, middleware, workflow logic)
• Read, modify, and develop lightweight services to support application functionality

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and architects throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Work within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and impact analysis
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar technical roles
• Strong background in application services and platform-based solutions
• Proven hands-on experience across AI, data, cloud, automation, and integrations
• Comfortable working in delivery-focused environments, where execution and outcomes are key
