Senior/ Marketing Communications Executive (Shopping Centre/ Town)

• Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, EDMs and other online channels to drive engagement and footfall.
• Create, curate and coordinate content with creative and media agencies, ensuring consistent branding across online and offline platforms.
• Track campaign performance and digital analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
• Support the planning and execution of mall-wide marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and shopper activations.
• Coordinate marketing materials, timelines and production for campaigns, advertisements and promotional assets.
• Assist in promoting and managing advertising and event spaces, including scheduling, coordination of setups and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Work with tenants and partners on joint marketing initiatives, campaigns and in-mall activities to drive participation and sales.
• Support loyalty initiatives, e-voucher programmes and campaign administration, including reporting and post-campaign reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications or promotions, preferably within retail, lifestyle or consumer-focused environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and social media platforms, with working knowledge of analytics tools and digital advertising.
• Organised, creative and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
