Assistant Marketing Communications Manager (Regional, B2B Tech)
- Location : International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)
- Working hours : 5 days a week- HYBRID / Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6300 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Develop and Manufacture an extensive range of building automation products
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional corporate communication activities across Southeast Asia and India.
- Manage marketing communications campaigns, track performance, and prepare reports.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and corporate communications.
- Develop and edit content for internal and external communications.
- Organize corporate events, media activities, and industry engagements.
- Build relationships with media partners and coordinate press opportunities.
- Source speaking opportunities, award submissions, and industry recognition platforms.
- Manage internal communications and company announcements.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing Communications experience.
- Experience in B2B or technology industry preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience in digital production or web-based project management.
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
