About the role
Responsible for Accounts Payable functions in the company.
Key responsibilities- Ensure completeness of supporting documents for supplier invoices
- Timely and accurate keying in of supplier invoices
- Processing supplier payments
- Monthly reconciling of suppliers' statement of accounts
- Maintains proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Ad hoc assignments as required
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable function
- Proficient in MYOB accounting software preferred
- Meticulous, detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
