Role Overview

You will play a critical role in shaping architectural strategy, mentoring engineering leaders, and driving scalable technical solutions aligned with our long-term vision.

• Architectural Leadership & Advisory
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to the executive team and engineering leadership.
• Define scalable, secure, and resilient architectures for the SaaS platform.
• Develop architectural blueprints and roadmaps to support long-term growth and evolution.
• Strategic Technology Guidance
• Provide guidance on architecture, infrastructure, data strategy, and vendor tools.
• Ensure the platform is prepared for scale, performance, and maintainability.
• Identify risks, technical debt, and modernization opportunities proactively.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
• Work closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to align on technical direction.
• Lead architectural reviews and design workshops.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects to enhance technical decision-making across teams.
• Scalability & Platform Maturity
• Guide design for high-availability, multi-tenant SaaS systems across global regions.
• Establish best practices for reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.

• 12+ years in software architecture, with at least 6 years focused on B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of architecting and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms with high performance and reliability.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Modern architecture patterns including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
• Security protocols and regulatory compliance (SSO, OAuth, SAML, SOC 2, GDPR)
• CI/CD, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strategic thinker capable of aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in or advising Fintech companies is a strong advantage.
• Previous roles such as CTO, Chief Architect, or Principal Architect in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Experience with global SaaS deployments and multi-region scaling.
• Contributions to open-source projects or leadership in technical communities.
