Administrative / Customer Service (Aircon Company)

Salary: $2,200 – $2,600 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday

8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Description:

Y&T Aircon Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and attend to customer enquiries
• Reply to WhatsApp, email, and customer messages
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Issue invoices and record customer payments
• Maintain job records and update service reports
• Coordinate with technicians on job schedules and appointments
• Perform general administrative and office duties

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Prior administrative experience will be an advantage
