Customer service executive
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at in the heart of the Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients within the Logistic sector.
What you'll be doing- Booking & Coordination of air & sea shipments.
- Handle full sets of sea freight shipping documentation
- Coordinate with carriers/co-loaders to make bookings or give loading instructions
- Manage day-to-day operations & transactions.
- Liaise with vendors & customers / transporter on timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes / shipments
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- With 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the Logistic industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Familiarity with logistics and freight management systems will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure
- Able to start work within short notice
