Receptionist (Real Estate / 5D)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and email enquiries
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying and document management
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company records
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 year(s) of experience in a front desk, customer service or administrative support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
