Retail Operations Executive (Daily Beauty) - Geylang

Are you ready to take your career in retail operations to the next level? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Retail Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our retail business running smoothly—managing purchase orders, supporting demand planning and forecasting, handling returns and claims, and conducting in-store checks.

You’ll also collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations, accurate reporting, and effective execution of campaigns. This is a hands-on role where your contribution directly impacts stock availability, operational efficiency, and overall sales performance.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Purchase Order (PO) Management
  • Process and monitor daily POs from all retail partners.
  • Ensure accurate order entry, timely delivery, and alignment with stock availability.
  • Submit non-fulfillment reports to retailers for any unfulfilled orders and follow up on resolution.
  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment.
  1. Demand Planning & Forecasting
  • Consolidate sales data to support demand planning and forecasting cycles.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to capture upcoming promotions, launches, and campaigns in forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  1. Retailer Returns & Claims Management
  • Manage product returns from retailers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Liaise with finance to reconcile credit notes and claims.
  • Raise CSR (Credit/Stock Requests) for account consolidation on a monthly basis.
  • Identify recurring return issues and recommend preventive actions.
  1. Weekly In-Store Checks
  • Conduct weekly in-store visits to review stock availability and identify gaps by retailer.
  • Work with sales teams to push additional sell-in opportunities based on stock gaps and shelf visibility.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports from store checks to management.
  1. Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain teams to support overall business objectives.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and analysis for management.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or order management (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Working days: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri / 9am – 6pm) and able to commit 1 weekend per month for atrium event
