Responsibilities:

• Liaise and arranging with client, shipping line,co-loaders and overseas agents.
• Handle full set of Export , Import , Crosstrade , Permit, Etc
• Generating quotations to customers
• Follow up on export or import shipments and updating of shipping status
• Answer inbound enquiries and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints and feedback
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Business or relevant fields
• At least 1 year freight forwarding experience
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Dedicated, committed and keen to learn
