About the Role
As an Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for payroll journal and reconciliation, month-end closing schedules/journals.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and post monthly payroll and bonus journals up to reconciliation with the balance sheet
- Reconcile payroll-related clearing accounts and process adjustments as needed
- Compile schedules for payroll billing and miscellaneous payments
- Manage Billing Allocation Module (BAM), overtime, and staff reimbursements
- Raise APIMS for honorarium, locum, and intern fees
- Prepare manpower cost schedules for doctors and assist in budget and costing exercises
- Manage CorpPass access for users
- Assist with annual stock take and preparation of monthly schedules
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years accounting and payroll experience
- Proficient in Excel up to intermediate level
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Independent worker with initiative to partner with stakeholders and streamline processes
- Professional and discreet in handling sensitive payroll information
