Receptionist (Contract Role)
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor access
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements
- Provide basic administrative support to the office team
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Professional communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multitask and manage front desk duties efficiently
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
