Receptionist (Contract Role)

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk and support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor access
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements
  • Provide basic administrative support to the office team
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Requirements
  • Professional communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multitask and manage front desk duties efficiently
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
