Luxury Retail Office Receptionist (1-Year Renewable Contract)

You serve as the first point of contact for the visitors, clients, and employees. The receptionist embodies the image and values of our company. This role ensures a warm, professional, and seamless experience for all visitors while providing exceptional administrative and front-desk support to the office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitor registration, access passes, and phone calls (when required), and promptly inform relevant staff of parcel or visitor arrivals.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and setup for trainings or events; ensure the reception area, main office, and pantry are kept clean and well-organized.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, preparing the monthly newsletter, processing office and pantry orders, handling invoices, and assisting with reservations.
  • Support internal office events, including office decoration, catering coordination, and logistics arrangements.
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail, couriers, and packages, and arrange for local couriers or international (DHL) deliveries as needed.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of receptionist experience
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • A proactive team player who is takes the initiative and is able to work independently.
