We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for an aesthetic clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for lead generation and patient conversions
- Manage Meta, Google, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu campaigns
- Oversee social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu)
- Manage website updates and SEO content
- Track campaign performance and competitor activity
- Work with agencies, KOLs, and internal teams on campaigns
Requirements:
- 1+ year digital marketing experience (aesthetic/beauty industry preferred)
- Experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and social media marketing
- Familiar with content creation and campaign management
- Fast learner with strong execution skills
- Experience in competitor clinics is a plus
