IT Support Engineer (No Experience Required) - Bedok

Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry
• Wednesday - Sunday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• East - Tampines
• Basic UP $3000 + OT Pay

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and remote troubleshooting to internal users.
• Set up laptops, manage user accounts, and onboard new staff via Active Directory.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper labelling and issuance.
• Perform routine system checks, server room monitoring, and ensure infrastructure health.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Ensure IT security compliance by managing logs, trackers, and conducting permission reviews.
• Support basic cybersecurity tasks and monitor backups and network systems.
• Use basic SQL to extract data and support incident analysis for recurring IT issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies
• No experiences is required, training will be provided
