Transport Supervisor / Senior Supervisor (Haulage)
Job Highlights- Stable full-time position
- Leadership role in transport operations
- Opportunity to manage and optimize logistics performance
- Monday to Friday: 4:00am – 1:30pm
- Saturday: 4:00am – 10:00am
- Manage and supervise a team of drivers and transport staff
- Plan and schedule daily routes to optimize fleet utilization
- Allocate and coordinate transport resources effectively
- Monitor transport operations and ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, schedules, and completed jobs
- Track, analyze, and control transportation costs
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in transport/logistics
- Familiar with LTA and relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
