Procurement Executive (Precision/ Mechanical Parts Manufacturing Industry) (Up to $6000) #JTL

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for precision components, raw materials (metals, alloys, specialty materials), tooling, and consumables
• Develop and maintain approved vendor lists
• Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations (quality, delivery, cost, compliance)
• Build long-term relationships with strategic suppliers
• Procurement Planning
• Review MRP/production plans and raise purchase orders accordingly
• Ensure on-time procurement to avoid production delays
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for material specifications
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
• Track order status and expedite critical deliveries
• Cost Control & Negotiation
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Perform cost analysis and benchmarking
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality
• Inventory Coordination & Documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse
• Avoid stockouts and overstocking
• Support inventory optimization initiatives
• Maintain procurement records and documentation

• 2–5 years of procurement experience in precision manufacturing, machining, automotive, aerospace, or related industries
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of machining processes, CNC components, raw materials (steel, aluminium, alloys), and technical drawings
