You’ll work a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle while delivering engaging and effective Mandarin Chinese lessons to students of all ages and proficiency levels.
What You’ll Be Doing- Deliver personalized Chinese lessons to individual students or small groups.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the HARP team to share best practices and continuously enhance the tutoring program.
- Maintain accurate lesson records and update parents or guardians on student progress.
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds.
- Creative, patient, and adaptable teaching approach.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage but not essential—training will be provided.
- A bachelor’s degree is welcome but not required. What matters most is your fluency, clarity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
