IT Executive / IT Support Engineer (5 day work week, up to $4500)

Summary Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $3,500 to $4,500 + Bonus
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Two Locations:
• Woodlands - Focus more end-user/helpdesk + application-focused (user support, Zoho apps, asset management, training, daily IT operations).
• Tuas (Company transport provided at Marsiling & Jurong East MRT) - Focus more infrastructure-focused (servers, firewall, VPN, Active Directory, disaster recovery, enterprise systems like SAP/MSSQL)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support to users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications.
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network, email, and security systems.
• Monitor and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
• Ensure data backup, system security, and recovery processes are in place.
• Provide remote support to users when required.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and track hardware/software usage.
• Work with vendors for IT support, maintenance, and procurement.
• Prepare and update IT documentation and procedures.
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in IT support or infrastructure.
• Familiar with IT security practices, backup solutions, and compliance standards
• Familiarity with Windows systems, email, and standard business applications.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Projects, Creator, People) and ability to build portals/workflows. (not mandatory)
• Familiar with MS Server Windows 2008 and above, Firewall, VPN, Email Server, Network configuration and Virtualization is an added advantage. (not mandatory)
