Contract: 2 Years Renewable

• Min 2~3 Years of Related IT Support Experiences (Must Have)
• From Higher Nitec to Local Poly IT Related Certs (Must Have)
• Candidate Profile Without Required Similar Job Experiences, Are Also Welcome & Encourage to Apply, Subject to Proficiency in Microsoft Words/Excel/Outlook.
• Average Good Normal Proficiency Bilingual Communication & Presentation Skillset (Spoken/Read/Written - From 7~10, Self-Guage)
• Advantages: Positive Vibe/Attitude & Cooperative Plays a Significant Factor from Initial Reach Up till Successful Job Placement.
• 1-2 years’ Experience in Similar Capacity Technical Skills & Experience Supporting Computing Devices (Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, IOS and Android)
• Ability to Work Without Supervision
• Pro-Activeness & Being Initiative

• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure &Computing Devices.
• Provide Computer Support Services (Troubleshooting, Patching, Configuration, Testing & Maintenance) for any Supported Software and Hardware.
• Work with 3rd parties' Vendors
• Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices.
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.
• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.

Job Opportunity 2 - ONSITE ENGINEER - 5.5 DAYS (NON-GOVT)

Additional Fixed HP Allowances: $50

Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm & Sat: 8.30pm-1pm

Contract: 2 Years (Renewable - Subject to Competency Level)

• Preferably with IT Related Background (E.g.: Diploma/Degree or Recognized IT Cert)
• Min. 2 years & Onwards Experience Onsite Support, Hands-on Knowledgeable with Positive, Confidence & Pleasant Attitude.
• Teamwork Camaraderie Spirit Ideally.

• Possess Technical IT Expertise and hands-on skills in Windows/MAC OS Support.
• Able to Troubleshoot and Suggest Appropriate Solutions, While Maintaining Quick Response and Turnaround Time.
• Proficient conversant via spoken and written clearly, possess positive work attitude vibe.
• Willing & enjoy travelling onsite due to job nature requirement.
• Capable of demonstrating decently good Customer Service Support.
• Experience in working with and using:
• Windows & or Mac Operating Systems (iOS - Preferred)
• Microsoft Products (E.g.: Excel, Word, Outlook and Email)
• Basic Knowledge of ITIL (Good to Have ITIL Cert But not Mandatory)
