Job Scope:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across IT devices.
- Provide technical support including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance of supported systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and assess compliance with established performance standards.
- Install and configure PCs, laptops, servers, and other IT hardware and peripherals.
- Conduct training for end-users and collaborate with third-party vendors when required.
- Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance to minimise hardware failures and downtime.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent.
- Entry level is welcomed
