Job Scope:

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate service planning and track service orders to ensure on-time instrument servicing
• Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to manage repairs, materials, and shipments
• Manage outsourced and overseas repair processes, including documentation and follow-up
• Monitor service turnaround time (TAT) and operational performance
• Prepare service reports and support continuous process improvements
• Assist with other operational and business support tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Supply Chain/ Managmeent or equivalent.
• Experience in administration/ customer service/ operations planning is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus
• Entry-level candidates are welcome, on job training will be provided.
