Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator
Location: KallangWorking hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri) Onsite
Responsibilities- Process purchase orders from customers accurately
- Prepare shipment documents - commercial invoice, packing list, delivery order, tax invoice
- Book and track shipment online
- Liaise with freight orders if needed
- Email customers - informing of shipment with corresponding documents
- Work with Production, Customer Relations and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain proper records of orders and shipment activities
- Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned
- GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 1 to 2 years of experience in shipment operations will be an advantage
