About the Role:
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting both clients and candidates through the full hiring cycle. From sourcing to placement, you’ll play a key role in shaping tech careers and helping businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (contract and permanent)
- Source and engage with top-tier tech professionals via various channels
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay updated on tech market trends and hiring demands
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred)
- Possess a valid CEI Certification (mandatory)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven with a consultative approach to recruitment
- Passionate about technology and talent acquisition
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
