Role Description
Position: Consultant / Senior Consultant (Investor Relations)Location: Republic Plaza, 9 Raffles Place, Singapore
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and provide strategic advice to key management of listed companies
- Prepare communication collateral, including corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, web material, and quarterly/yearly financial reports that effectively communicate company positioning and strategies to investors
- Organize investor meetings, conferences, media interviews, and company visits for clients
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients and establish strong networks with media, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Contribute to group-level corporate projects and support overall business development strategies
- Assist senior management in establishing growth-focused strategies
For Senior Consultant: You will be groomed to lead a team of associates and consultants, manage a portfolio of clients, and drive team-centric targets and support.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Communications
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience (Consultant level) or 5 years (Senior Consultant level)
- Preferred background in audit, equity analysis, journalism, or corporate communications
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proven ability to develop close partnerships with decision makers within client organizations
- Ability to work under time pressure and confidently counsel clients in financial and investment discussions
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work independently, and as a strong team player
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Experience or knowledge in sustainability reporting and ESG principles is advantageous
