Finance Assistant Manager (Financial Reporting & Consolidation)
Contract Duration: 12 months
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to support the financial reporting team during an ERP implementation. You will play a key role in managing monthly reporting, group consolidation, and audit processes, while ensuring continuity of operations during this transition period.
Key Responsibilities- Manage monthly closing, including flash reporting and commentary
- Prepare/review journal entries, variance analysis, and resolve reporting issues
- Consolidate Group’s financial results on a monthly basis
- Liaise with subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate reporting submissions
- Analyse and provide insights on financial performance of the Company/Group
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support finance operations and resolve matters
- Respond to ad hoc requests and provide guidance on accounting standards
- Support interim/year-end audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure compliance
- Handle special projects, assignments, and finance-related duties as required
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CA/CPA qualification is required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a Big 4 Audit firm
- Strong background in group consolidation and financial reporting preferred
- Knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards is essential
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (ISSB, TCFD, GRI) is a plus
