JOB DECRIPTIONS:

Develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships
To be responsible for the planning and implementation of our new project launching
To liaise and negotiate with local market personnel & buyers and suppliers directly for products procurement
To build and strengthen the relationships with buyers, retails personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations of business
Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
Set KPIs and performance benchmarks
Developing a solid and trusting relationship and communication between major key clients and company
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations.
Develop client acquisition strategies. Strengthen partnerships with architects, vendors & developers
Improve coordination between project team.
Ensure timely and quality project delivery
Review contracts and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/interior/real estate consulting
Preferably with experience in understanding of construction & interior market trends
Experience with project management tools
Knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting
Understanding of construction & interior market trends
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in construction, interior fit-out, or real estate industry
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management (planning to handover)
Ability to analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and project profitability reports
Experience in cost estimation, BOQ analysis, and vendor evaluation
Knowledge of contract management and tender documentation
Preferably posses own transport. Required to travel from time to time
Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
Able to work longer hours. Must work on weekends/PH. Strictly off on week days
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent presentation and reporting skills for management meetings
Ability to work independently and drive measurable results
