He/she will serve a vital role in integrating Marketing objectives and ensuring seamless digital delivery of all work, in a fast-paced environment.
Working independently, the candidate should have the ability to develop business objectives, online strategies, and have a good understanding of the competitive landscape. A rich background in the marketing industry to deliver effective communication with the public is vital.
He/she will be responsible for research, content development, establishing a good customer retention program, organizing information shared by and with the customer, and ensuring that company procedures are followed.
Conceptualising and presenting a good proposal is also an important skill required.
Job Responsibilities- Boost efficacy of social media presence.
- Hands on with marketing campaigns to help with brand growth.
- Familiar with delivery platforms and good rapport with delivery partners
- Create a positive opinion of the company to public audience.
- Evaluate social trends so as to improve our current presence online.
- Hands on and able to come up with marketing campaigns to help with the brand growth
- Work on promotion campaigns and curate on new marketing channels to boost sales.
- Take ownership of brand identity and brand’s business pages
- Deliver business goals through efficient, brand-enhancing, and responsible cross-channel marketing and partnerships
- Deliver on business growth and value add for brands, categories, and products under management
- Collaborate closely with operations team to develop strong campaigns and events calendar across the store channels & delivery platforms.
- Develop high sales impact marketing strategies
- Able to design and curate content
- Manages reports that yield insights into consumer online behaviour and key motivational/attitudinal behaviour
- At least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications or a related field
- Able to use various design software
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Good copy writing skill
- Good photography or videography skills be advantageous
