What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Sourcing & Networking

You’ll identify, attract, and engage top talent through sourcing, networking, and headhunting — building strong candidate relationships along the way.

End-to-End Recruitment

From screening and interview coordination to offer management and successful placements, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Advisory & Negotiation

Guide candidates and clients through salary discussions, offer negotiations, and market insights — becoming a trusted consultant, not just a recruiter.
