About the Job

As a Recruitment Consultant, you aren't just filling roles; you are a consultant in the truest sense. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, acting as a bridge between top-tier talent and industry-leading clients. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through strategic networking.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and coaching candidates to help them land their dream roles.
  • Negotiating offers and providing expert market insights to both clients and candidates.
  • Achieving commercial targets while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.

Skills and Experience Required

We are looking for driven individuals who possess a "growth mindset" and a grit for sales.
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or a high-touch sales environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—you should be comfortable speaking with C-suite stakeholders.
  • A resilient attitude; you view challenges as opportunities to pivot and succeed.
  • A degree in any discipline, though a passion for people and problem-solving is what truly matters.
