We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated Operations Executive to join our highly talented team in a fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Your must possess a Class 3 driving license
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Act as the key contact point for clients, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare reports
• Coordinate with drivers and customer service teams
• Receive, check, and organize incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Label, sort, and store items properly for easy retrieval.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Documentation & System Updates
• Record goods received and dispatched accurately.
• Update inventory systems or manual records when required.
• Operate basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely.
• Double as back up driver as and when required.

Requirements:

• Possess initiative and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task effectively.
• Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
• Must have a valid Class 3 driving license to support on-site deliveries or logistics when required.
• Warehouse operations knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
