Operations Executive

Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT)

5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm)

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily blending operations in line with customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Oversee inventory control and stock movements, partnering with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Liaise with Quality Control for in-process checks and final product approvals.
• Schedule and deploy manpower effectively, managing attendance, overtime, and shift planning.
• Supervise drivers and operators, conduct performance evaluations, and identify development and training needs.
• Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the safe handling, storage, labeling, and segregation of chemical products.
• Track and analyze production KPIs (e.g., cycle time, throughput, efficiency) and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including GMP practices.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery of finished goods.
• Foster a strong safety culture through regular briefings and training sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, QC, maintenance, and administrative teams to support smooth operations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by Management.

• Diploma in Chemical Process Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the chemical or industrial environment.
