About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are keen to grow into a future business or management role.
You will start by building a strong foundation in operations and product management, while progressively gaining exposure to business analysis, supplier management, and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities
Operational & Product Management- Manage product range based on customer and market requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with suppliers on order fulfilment and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate product master data
- Handle customer and supplier enquiries where required
- Analyse sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support demand forecasting and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance and operational efficiency
- Work with suppliers on pricing, cost improvement, and delivery performance
- Support promotion planning and product selection
- Assist in managing product categories or supplier portfolios
Requirements
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related disciplines
1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power BI or similar tools will be an advantage)
Self-motivated, hands-on, and willing to learn
