The Opportunity
A well-established regional logistics provider offering integrated supply chain solutions across freight forwarding, warehousing, contract logistics, and distribution. With a strong presence across Asia, the organisation supports multinational clients across industries such as FMCG, retail, and lifestyle products.
They are currently looking to hire a Business Analyst to support data analysis, process improvements, and operational reporting within their international freight forwarding operations.- Permanent and stable opportunity
- Location: Tampines
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
- Salary Package: up to $6000 + VB
- Coordinate regional initiatives within the freight forwarding team, supporting project implementation, new service launches, and operational development activities.
- Monitor monthly operational data and perform pre/post month-end checks to ensure reporting accuracy and maintain strong data integrity.
- Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, regional stakeholders, and IT to support reporting, data management, and business improvement initiatives.
The Talent:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
