We are seeking a responsible and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and service, able to lead a team, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused dining experience.

You will be in charge of staff supervision, inventory control, customer service, and overall outlet performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Assist with marketing promotions and sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory or managerial experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Proficient in managing staff and handling customer issues
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Singaporean or PR preferred
