You will collaborate with executives and department heads across the group to drive financial accountability, resource optimization, and long-term growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and an opportunity to influence key organizational decisions.

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the monthly and year-end close processes for group-level management reporting, including in-depth financial analysis, variance tracking, and preparation of executive-ready presentations.
• Develop and deliver financial presentations and board materials that communicate key results, performance indicators, and strategic insights.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts in collaboration with Group Directors and their Heads of Centres (HoCs), ensuring alignment with business goals and resource efficiency.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate new service offerings and business expansion opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of three, supporting their professional development and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Champion continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems, leveraging automation and technology to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.

1. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Coordinate with the external fund manager to ensure surplus funds are managed in accordance with the investment mandate established by the Investment Committee.
• Monitor daily cash flows and develop rolling cash flow forecasts to support operational needs and maximize the return on idle funds.
• Ensure effective treasury risk management and compliance with internal policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; CPA (or equivalent professional qualification) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial planning software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
